HERITAGE PHOTOS - one to be published each month.

  • F.W. Dickens of Berkhamstead‘s Fowler 12 n.h.p. Traction Engine  (probably a ploughing engine) registration number 3170 or 3172  at Spenccer’s Farm Whelply  Hill, Nr. Berkhamstead.  The Road Loco was built in 1877.  Although we have no date for the photograph, it is likely to  have been taken during the early 20th century.
